You’ll work directly with the co-founders (David & Kristel), think through ideas, shape strategy, and help improve how we operate.

This is not a “copy in, copy out” job.

We want someone who thinks with us, not just follows tasks.

Write LinkedIn posts for founders/CEOs (stories, POVs, insights, thought leadership).

Turn transcripts + video clips into sharp micro-content.

Work with our video team so copy and visuals feel like one piece.

Write simple email copy (nurtures, outbound, announcements).

Join daily team check-ins and contribute ideas, not just updates.

You write clean, simple English.

You’ve written for B2B founders or executives before.

You understand how to turn random thoughts into clear messages.

You love thinking with leaders, not just taking orders.

You know LinkedIn deeply: what works, what flops, and why. (non-negotiable)

You know exactly how to use AI in the right way. (non-negotiable)

You’re proactive. You move before someone tells you to.

A long-term freelance partnership (full-time hours, fixed monthly rate).
